This site allows you to see how the proposal would impact you personally. We have crunched the official rate schedules for both the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway. and built a tool that will illustrate how the toll increases proposed in the plan would affect your budget.
Both of these databases provide you a list of entry and exit points on the toll roads, and the Turnpike calculator factors in whether you're using E-Zpass and whether you're traveling during peak hours.
